Description
Milprazon is a broad spectrum wormer for cats, is safe to use and effective against the major worms.
Milprazon contains as active substances praziquantel and milbemycin. Milbemycin is active against roundworms, hookworms and can also be used to prevent heartworms. Heartworm infections are common in southern and eastern Europe and are transmitted by mosquitoes infected with larvae. Praziquantel is effective in infection with tapeworms, including the fox tapeworm.
A good worming in cats is very important. Worms can cause physical symptoms in cats. Furthermore some types of worms, by which the cat is infected, can also infect humans! Due to the health risks to animals and humans is the prevention of a worm infection of great importance. Proper and regular worming of cats is crucial!
One tablet Milprazon for large cats contains:
16 mg Milbemycine oxime
40 mg Praziquantel

Wie soll man Entwurmungstsbletten bewerten? Ja sie haben gewirkt, ins Futter mischen hat nicht funktioniert aber in den Rachen werfen ging gut, da die Tablette sehr klein ist.

Alles gut geklappt
Bei mehreren Teilzeit-Freigänger-Katzen achte ich schon ein wenig auf Preise. Und weil der Wirkstoff in Milprazon derselbe ist wie bei einer vergleichbaren, teureren Entwurmung, habe ich Milprazon gekauft.
Die Tabletten lassen sich aufgrund ihrer Größe gut verabreichen und sie wurden gut vertragen.
Ich kann Milprazon für die Katze nur empfehlen.

Gute Akzeptanz bei den beiden Katern. Der eine nimmt die Tablette direkt mit ein paar Bröckchen Trockenfutter, der andere in Schleckpaste versteckt.
