Trovet Regulator OHD is a multifunctional, complete hypoallergenic diet for dogs. The proteins in this food are hydrolysed, meaning they are broken down into smaller fragments. This reduces the likelihood that the immune system will recognise them as foreign, significantly lowering the risk of allergic reactions. In addition, Trovet Regulator OHD contains high levels of omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) from fish oil and the omega-6 fatty acid GLA from borage oil. These fatty acids are known for their anti-inflammatory properties and their ability to support skin health. Research shows they can help reduce itching and skin inflammation in allergic dogs. The combination of hydrolysed proteins with high levels of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids makes this diet ideal for dogs allergic to dietary components or environmental triggers such as pollen, fleas, or dust mites.
